DAY 1: AUSTRALIA – NOUMÉA

Depart Australia for your flight to Noumea with Aircalin. On arrival at Tontouta Airport you will transfer by coach to your hotel accommodation on the idyllic Anse Vata beachfront (or similar).

DAY 2: NOUMÉA (BD)

After breakfast you will have your first one-hour French lesson in a private room allocated for your classes. The lessons are focused on conversational French and will give students a number of useful phrases and expressions that you can practise during your time in New Caledonia.
The remainder of the day is under the guidance of your teachers. Dinner is included this evening at your hotel.

DAY 3: NOUMÉA (BD)

After breakfast you will have another French lesson that will be aimed at improving your speaking skills. The remainder of the day is under the guidance of your teachers. There are a number of fantastic optional excursions that are available for you to choose from, or you can spend the time relaxing, practising your French and enjoying the island lifestyle. Dinner is included this evening at your hotel.

DAY 4: AMÉDÉE ISLAND (BL)

After an early breakfast you will transfer to Port Moselle at 7:40am for a full day excursion to Amedee Island. You will take the Mary D boat out to the island and have plenty of time to swim, explore, view the coral reef from glass bottom boats, snorkel, climb the lighthouse and soak up your beautiful surroundings. This excursion also includes a tropical island buffet lunch and performance, which showcases the best of Melanesian culture and dance.

DAYS 5 - 6: NOUMÉA (BD)

After breakfast the day is under the guidance of your teachers to explore the beautiful island and practise your French. Our suggestions include:
- Visit the brilliant Tjibaou Centre or the Musee de Nouvelle Caledonie for a workshop
- Catch the bus to Le Parc Forestier to see New Caledonia’s native Flora and Fauna

Dinner is included at your hotel on one of these evenings.

DAY 7: NOUMÉA (BD)

After breakfast it’s time for your final French lesson. Following your lesson we recommend catching the local bus to Geant supermarket. This is a fantastic experience for the students to shop in a French supermarket, and marvel at the beautiful delicatessen and cheese selections. After some last minute shopping buy a baguette, some ham and cheese and head across to the local park for the best lunch of your trip!

DAY 8: NOUMÉA – AUSTRALIA (B)

After breakfast it's time to say goodbye to New Caledonia and transfer by coach to Tontouta Airport for your flight home.
