DAY 1: ARRIVE IN ROTORUA

Arrive in Rotorua and visit Te Puia, a cultural center that showcases Maori art, culture, and geothermal wonders. You can see the famous Pohutu Geyser, watch traditional Maori performances, and even try your hand at carving or weaving.

Time for some adventure activities at Zorb (2 ride pass) and then transfer to Skyline Rotorua, for a gondola ride up the mountain for stunning views of the city and lake. Enjoy three luge rides and finish with dinner with a view.

DAY 2: ROTORUA

After breakfast travel to the Redwoods Forest, a beautiful park with towering trees and walking trails. You can hike, bike, or even try a treetop walk or zipline adventure (extra costs may apply).

This afternoon visit the Agrodome, a working farm where you can see sheep shearing, sheepdog demonstrations, and even try your hand at milking a cow.

It’s then onto the Kiwi Hatchery for your Kiwi Encounter experience. See a baby kiwi and learn about the furry national symbol of NZ.

Tonight its off to Mitai Maori Village for a cultural experience that includes a traditional hangi dinner feast, a guided bush walk, and a performance of Maori songs and dances.

DAY 3: ROTORUA

After breakfast transfer to Hell’s Gate for a guided geothermal walk and sulphur mud experience.

Finish your Rotorua adventure with an evening tour of the Glow-worm caves that can only be found in NZ.

DAY 4: DEPART ROTORUA

After breakfast enjoy your last activity in Rotorua - experience the real Middle Earth on a guided tour of the Hobbiton Movie Set.
