This program combines meaningful community service with cultural immersion in Siem Reap. Students contribute to local projects that foster community development and cultural exchange, while engaging with Khmer traditions and daily life. Beyond service work, students explore Cambodia’s rich heritage through visits to Angkor Wat at sunrise, Angkor Thom, Bayon and Ta Prohm, as well as cooking classes, weaving workshops and village tours. With experiences such as a monk blessing ceremony and a floating village boat trip on Tonle Sap Lake, this journey offers both personal growth and a deeper understanding of Cambodia’s culture and community values.

The Concept
Itinerary Day By Day
DAY 1: AUSTRALIA - SIEM REAP (D)
Depart Australia for Cambodia. On arrival at Siem Reap Airport you will be met by your Tour Coordinator to transfer to the Siem Reap Centre by coach.
This evening dinner is at your accommodation.
DAY 2: SIEM REAP (BLD)
After breakfast start with an Introduction and Orientation Session for your Service Learning project which will cover Khmer culture and Do's and Don'ts. Then its time to start working on your Service Learning project, stopping for lunch.
This evening after dinner visit the old market, night market and restaurant street.
DAY 3: SIEM REAP (BLD)
After breakfast continue with your Service Learning project, stopping for lunch.
This evening after dinner take part in a group activity or reflection session.
DAY 4: SIEM REAP (BLD)
After breakfast continue with your Service Learning project, stopping for lunch.
This evening after dinner enjoy a movie night or games night.
DAY 5: SIEM REAP (BLD)
After breakfast continue with your Service Learning project, stopping for lunch.
This evening after dinner enjoy a cultural exchange with the locals.
DAY 6: SIEM REAP (BLD)
After breakfast finish your Service Learning project, stopping for lunch. Then its time for your Project Wrap-Up and Presentations.
This evening enjoy a Farewell celebration at your project site.
DAY 7: SIEM REAP (BLD)
Up early this morning to visit Angkor Wat for a magnificent view during sunrise.
Tour Cambodia with visits to Angkor Thom, Bayon and Ta Prohm.
This evening enjoy a Traditional Dance Show and Dinner.
DAY 8: SIEM REAP (BLD)
After breakfast continue your exploration of the Cambodian culture with a Village Tour and Rice Field Walk, Cambodian Cooking Class or Weaving Workshop.
Tonight after dinner the evening is under the guidance of your teachers. This may be a night of reflection.
DAY 9: SIEM REAP (BLD)
After breakfast participate in your last day of activities with a Buddhist Monk Blessing Ceremony and a Floating Village Boat Trip on Tonle Sap Lake.
This evening enjoy your final group dinner.
DAY 10: SIEM REAP - AUSTRALIA (B)
After breakfast have a final debriefing session and then transfer to the Siem Reap Airport for your flight home.
